I love this site, a huge database of homes to search from and a very intuitive interface to locate them.

They have over 2 million homes but it the advanced search could be made a little easier to use. Compared to what else is out there though would keep me coming back to realtor.com

I must admit I am not a huge fan of the realtor profession, no offense to those realtors out there, but all of dealings with them have been disastrous. This site was able to let me do the searching for myself and I was able to bring a realtor in for a much discounted rate because I had found my house myself and all she had to do was the paperwork.
