Yes I am a MAC user so go ahead and say I am biased but the iTunes store is remarkably easy to use. Even for a complete newbie the amount of time it takes tro learn the software is minimal compared to some others out there.
If you own an iPod the store couldn't be any easier, I know because I have one. However before about 3 months ago, didn't have an iPod but I still bought music and it was easy.
