Wrong product(color) accepted at delivery by installers, floor placed, no offer of resolution, or compensation---too bad, soooo sad for your mistake!!!(their gain for sending a product needing to be cleared from warehouse, i guess other than product ordered) no answer to emails, phone calls not returned- rude with requests for compensation for savings of no replacement of wrong product shipped. Definitely not a NORDSTROM mindset to customer service!!!!
I bought 200 feet of wood online and the some of the cartons arrived damaged and had to be returned, this took a lot longer than I thought but the price was good.
