Cons: None Observed Review Summary NetFloors.com took top honors in our review of the online flooring store category. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate, products from their main categories are easy to browse and search. We quickly were able to locate the brand of wood we were looking to buy for our test purchase. We called NetFloors.com to ask a few product related questions before we made our purchase and found the representative to be courteous and very knowledgeable about flooring. Their pricing structure is extremely competitive is backed up by some of the best customer service both before and after the sale.

Pros: Site loads quickly
Cons: Difficult to navigate, amateurish design, pricing a little high Review Summary Floorshop looks a little amateurish upon first glance and this makes it difficult to browse products as well as read information about them. We found pricing to be higher than our number one rated site NetFloors.com. The site loads very quickly which helps however this is tempered by the poor site design. We placed a phone call to their 'flooring specialists' and found them to be a little less knowledgeable than we would have liked.
