The pricing is great, the commercials can be annoying but I was able to get a very nice computer for my home office. Probably saved at least $200 over Gateway.
I have had two Dells and I will have no more, their technical support although not needed a lot is just too much to deal with. The time I have spent on hold with these incompetents is outrageous.
You have a much better chance of getting the latest technology from a company like Dell or Gateway than buying at a local market, they just don't get the new stuff as quick. So it depends if buying the latest is important to you.
