Pros: Tremendous pricing, great selection, latest technology
Cons: Technical support can be hit or miss Review Summary Dell is one of the leaders in computer sales. They consistently produce new and innovative computers and peripherals. Pricing is extremely competitive and the selection is vast. The one knock against Dell continues to be their inconsistent technical support. For the home or corporate user, Dell is sure to have a range of products to fit your needs. We were able to locate and configure a PowerEdge server that priced out considerably lower than a similar configured product from IBM. The site is easy to navigate and products easy to configure with each option priced accordingly so you can see how much added options contribute to the total cost.

Cons: Site can be difficult to navigate and configure products Review Summary HP has been around for a long time and with their recent merger with Compaq, the offerings from this site have grown. Pricing on the hpshopping site varies but leans toward being very competitive. The product line quality from HP is usually top notch. We found the selection not as vast as Dell's but still impressive. This site is mostly geared to the home or small business user. Corporate users should visit hp.com for servers and other robust computer items.
